1. Definitions
1.1. Infopank - Äripäeva infopank web environment<
1.2. Service Provider - Äripäev AS
1.3. User - Visitor of Infopank.ee web environment
1.4. User License Agreement - License Agreement between the User and AS Äripäev.
1.5. Parties - User and Service Provider
1.6. Standard Package - A general package that has a predetermined price and service content. For example, "Basic Package" and "Full Package".
1.7. Service fee – Fee from the Service Provider, in accordance with the price list or special agreement, charged from the User for the service
2. License Terms
2.1. AS Äripäev holds all property rights and not property rights in Infopank in accordance with applicable law.
2.2. The User does not allow third parties access to Infopank through their passwords, User ID and intranet.
2.3. Disclosure of the information in Infopank without the prior written consent of the Service Provider is not permitted.
2.4. In order to use the data in the pay-zone of Infopank, a User licence is necessary beforehand, in which the cost of the service and access rights are agreed upon. An agreement with the User is made during a purchase in the Service Provider's environment or through other communication channels under a special agreement.
3. Cancellation
3.1. The parties may withdraw from the agreement by giving 2 calendar months advance notice.
3.2. If the User has violated the Service Agreement, the Service Provider has the right to withdraw from the Agreement immediately.
3.3. If the User waives the Standard Package, then he/she has the right to request a refund of the service fee for the period left unused.
4. Data processing principles
4.1. Äripäev collects and processes data in accordance with applicable law. Data is collected from public sources, including, but not limited to, the Business Register, the Land Register, the press, and directly from the data subject.
5. Processing of personal data.
5.1. We strictly follow regulatory acts of law while processing personal data. Infopank and its supporting information systems do not store sensitive personal information.
6. Liability of the Service Provider
6.1. The Service Provider is not responsible for any direct or indirect costs or damage arising from the use of the data provided by Infopank.
6.2. The Service Provider will do its best to ensure that the information in the Infopank is correct and high-quality.
